New: Vans introduces the Authentic Low Pro

Vans, a street/sport/style icon all the way from 60s, is here to stay.

The brand has been in a good place, whether it’s providing us with timeless icons or even taking on sport categories we never felt was in their wheel house. Bruno Mars actually reminded us how versatile the brand is, rocking the checkerboard Slip-Ons on the APT music video with Rosé. You might’ve seen other artists such as Tyga or Red Jumpsuit Apparatus rock them too. It just goes to show how a brand like Vans stays true in being everyone’s go-to sneaker.

After releasing their Skate Classic collection last month, Vans continues their story this month with the reissue of Style 44 or better known to most of us as the Vans Authentic. While we’re all too familiar with the Vans Authentic, the brand has reimagined the shoe as the Authentic Low Pro, switching out the thicker vulc soles to a thinner one. This slimmer profile definitely sits right in to the current low-profile trend, but still keeping the sneaker’s general silhouette.

The Vans Authentic Low Pro’s minimalist design comes with textured uppers, making the shoe as versatile as can be.
