Sneak Peek’s releasing the Tretorn x Andre 3000 collab this week

It seems like everyone’s got a collab these days. Not that we’re hating on these, but it’s definitely a good sign when you see brands and creators come together to tell a truly definitive story. While everyone’s been eyeing some solid releases from the big two brands, Sneak Peek found a gem with Tretorn and their recent collaboration with rapper André 3000.

Growing up in Atlanta, André 3000  would doodle on his Tretorn Nylites. Whether it was adding stripes or color to them, the classic white sneaker transformed into a shoe that fit his personality. Tretorn took notice and brought Jeff Staple along to create a collection fitting of 3000’s vibe. While the collection ran with several designs, Sneak Peek was able to score a couple – the Nylite Hi and the Bostad – for a local release.

To banner in the collection, Tretorn and Andre introduce a new silhouette – the Bostad. The high top sneaker is dressed in black/neon purple with deep baltic hues. The quality on these are pretty high with the use of luxe Nappa leather, nubuck, suede and ballistic nylon. The shoe also features an EcoOrtholite sockliner and non-marking outsoles for improved traction. The Andre 3000 x Tretorn Bostad retails for Php 19,990 with a size run from 8-11.5 (no size 9).

The other sneaker in the collection is Nylite Hi in a vibrant purple. The purple high top is accented with orange on the tongue as well as the white gull wing logo. The upper is what makes the sneaker stand out, so you’ll definitely have people take notice. The Andre 3000 x Tretorn Nylite Hi retails for Php 8,290 and runs from 8-11.5 as well.
