New: Reebok partners with DC for the ultimate team-up
Today Reebok and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) announced a footwear and apparel collection inspired by iconic DC characters. The line is a show-stopping mashup of Reebok’s most popular product and DC’s legendary Super Heroes and Super-Villains. The DC x Reebok Collection will be available on Reebok and select Sports Central stores beginning December 3 and online on Dec. 9, 2022.
DC fans are invited to choose their side of the battle between good and evil with a range of lifestyle and performance super sneakers. Characters featured throughout the collection include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor and The Joker. In addition to drawing visual inspiration from these characters, each piece of footwear is crafted utilizing materials that are representative of the instantly recognizable supersuits each individual wears.

LX2200 ‘Batman’
What would the Dark Knight rock on those ‘light’ days? The LX2200 just might fit his rotation. With a reflective Bat emblem on the tongue and a shroud that is reminiscent of the Caped Crusader’s batsuit, the shoe’s definitely a must-cop for bat-heads and sneakerheads alike. I’m curious to see these up close. The LX2200 retails for Php 6,295 and comes in unisex sizing.
Club C 85 ‘Joker’
While most of us love our heroes, a fanbase has grown for the Joker. Reebok did good with this rendition of the Club C 85. While the colors are pretty straightforward to the menacing madman, the tear away upper and graphics throughout might make this the best pair from the pack. So many details, it’s best to see these up close when you bring them home. The Reebok Club C 85 goes for Php 4,395 and will be available in unisex sizing.
Nano X2 ‘Wonder Woman’
Seeing the shoe more, makes you appreciate the details Reebok put into the Nano X2. Taking inspiration from Wonder Woman’s armor, the Nano X2’s upper reflective material, reminiscent of her bands and suit. The leather/metal combo truly replicates the sleek look of Diana and one for any DC fan out there. The shoe also comes with an extra set of reflective laces, quite similar to Wonder Woman’s signature lasso of truth. The Nano X2 ‘Wonder Woman’ retails for Php 6,895 and also available in unisex sizing.
Royal Techque ‘Joker’
To round out the collection’s local offering is another rendition for the Joker, this time using the Royal Techque. The corduroy-type overlays are worth a look if you’re looking for another pair.
Aside from the four pairs mentioned, the Reebok x DC collection also features graphic tees and hoodies. The theme of good vs. evil continues on throughout to pick your side and wear them proudly. The Reebok x DC collection is now available at Reebok SM Megamall and will be available at select Sports Central stores and reebok.ph beginnning this Friday, December 9th.
