New: the PUMA Velocity NITRO 3 is here

PUMA keeps surprising us.

Just over the weekend, PUMA unveiled their latest running shoe, the Velocity NITRO 3. PUMA Philippines ruled over the Ayala Triangle Gardens, showcasing their latest silhouette with participants doing activities and 5km run aroudn the car-free CBD.

“This is our first running event in the Philippines with the aim to introduce PUMA running and  PUMA’S latest NITRO™ technology. We wanted to tap into the growing running community in the country and make PUMA the running shoe of choice for Filipinos, from beginner runners to personal record chasers, on their fitness journey. There is so much in store for PUMA Philippines, beginning with the launch of Velocity NITRO™ 3,” said Jayson Manquiquis, PUMA Brand Representative.

This is the third edition of the Velocity NITRO line and strikes a balance between athleticism and comfort. The shoe’s pretty lightweight but still providing responsive cushioning. PUMA uses 2mm more NITROFOAM for added comfort, coupled with PUMAGRIP outsole for proper traction. While the breathable mesh upper keeps it lightweight, the upper is reinforced with PWRTAPE for support in the right areas.

While the shoe looks pretty good, the Velocity NITRO 3 is no slouch on the road. Weighing in at only 264g, with a stack height of 36mm and a drop of 10mm, the shoe should last you good for 800km.

The PUMA Velocity NITRO 3 is now available at PUMA stores nationwide and on the webstore for only Php 7,600.
