New: Kai Sotto’s PUMA joints are now available locally
ALL OF THE LIGHTS!!!
If you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve got to recognize that PUMA’s got some goods on the court. From LaMelo, Marcus Smart (GoGrizz!), Breanna Stewart among the brightest on their roster, PUMA recently added two notable young athletes – our very own Kai Sotto and the 3rd pick in this year’s draft, Scoot Henderson.
During last month’s NBA Summer League, the two young’ns were rocking PUMA’s latest silhouette, the All-Pro Nitro.
If the shoe looks familiar, it is a follow up to the popular 2021 release, the Clyde All-Pro Nitro. The new sneaker will be the first sneaker to feature NITRO SQD foam. The material features a soft inner layer of NITRO foam (for cushioning) combined with a firm outer layer of NITRO foam (for support all multi-directional movements). The upper uses a specially engineered knit, with multi-zoned materials for targeted support. Lastly, the All-Pro Nitro uses cord lock-down lacing system in the forefoot for lateral stability.
Sotto was seen wearing the shoes during his stint with the Orlando Magic. Health willing and chosen, Kai will be wearing the pair as well during the FIBA Basketball World Cup this August.
The PUMA All-Pro Nitro ‘Lime Squeeze’ retails for Php 7,900 in PUMA official retail stores, partner retailers and via puma.com beginning August 10th.
