The Nike Air Vapormax Plus ‘Triple Black’ is coming
20 years ago, Nike debuted the Air Max Plus, which featured Tuned Air. Before, Nike would use a traditional blow-molded Air unit, and converted to a multi-layered membrane made from two polymers laminated with a hydrogen bond. This innovation allowed oxygen and nitrogen pass through, while keeping other gases trapped. In other words, Tuned Air provided better stability and cushioning vs the traditional Air unit.
Over the last two decades, Nike was able to further develop their technology and we’re treated to the Air VaporMax. Today, Nike meshes heritae with the future by way of the Air VaporMax Plus. The iconic upper of the Air Max Plus sits atop of the VaporMax units, giving us a fresh look that works well for 2018. A triple back version is the first for the local market and expect a couple more colorways to come out in the coming months.
The Air VaporMax Plus ‘Triple Black’ retails for Php 9,445 and will be available at Capital (UPTC, Glorietta, and Uptown BGC) tomorrow, January 25.
