Palmdale Represent: PG pays homage to his hometown for his All-Star sneaker

The sneaker industry isn’t exempt from manufacturing and delivery delays. After a month removed from the 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend, we’re finally getting access to Paul George‘s All-Star signature shoe. George grew up in Palmdale and took inspiration from his hometown. The grey upper represents the desert and dust of the Inland Empire, while the green accents evoke the nature in this area. Like the other All-Star silhouettes, a specialized insole features graphics of Palmdale while the speckled midsole represents the city’s terrain.
