Nike and G-Dragon flip colors for their second Air Force 1 collaboration
Just about about a year ago, Nike and Korean hip-hop star G-DRAGON released their first ever Air Force 1 dubbed ‘Para-noise’. Being a true fan of the Air Force 1, G-DRAGON used wear away materials on the shoe’s upper, revealing artwork he created underneath. This week, the two link up once again, flipping the colorway from black to white for their 2020 rendition.
Similar to last year’s silhouette, the shoe reveals G-DRAGON’s painting underneath. Each user ends up with a unique expression of the shoe with every wear.
“Even though everything is uncertain these days, we shouldn’t stop expressing ourselves as the way we are, and creating our own world,” says G-DRAGON. “With these footsteps being connected, we will find our utopia spreading in front of our eyes. I dream of every one of you expressing yourselves freely in the Youtopia that you create for yourselves.”
The Nike x G-DRAGON AF1 “Para-noise” releases globally November 25 and will retail for Php 10,195. The shoe drops via nike.com/ph and at Titan.
