ICYMI: Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Slip RM Crafted

Has it been 10 years? Nike SB celebrates Stefan Janoski and the 10th year since they released his signature sneaker. While we have seen several iterations of the sneaker, the original make continues to be a solid hit amongst skaters and non-skaters alike to this very day. In celebration of this momentous feat, Nike SB worked with Gascap Shelstein to bring out the Craggles – puppets/characters made out of old radio parts, fungus and puppet limbs to highlight the updated Janoski silhouettes.

Over the weekend, Nike SB released the Zoom Stefan Janoski Slip RM Crafted aka ‘Donovon Piscopo’. Handwoven leather replaces the suede/canvas upper of the Janoski for a more refined look, while keeping cushioning and flexibility at the core of the skate shoe.

While the handwoven upper is the key draw here, rubber has been thinned out in certain areas for a more lightweight feel, and making the shoe feel broken-in. The Janoski still maintains its full-length foam sockliner as well as Zoom Air for responsive cushioning.
