Do You Want More? New Balance drops 3 more pairs from the Teddy Santis collection this week
After dropping four pairs last week, New Balance PH continues to drop some crazy goods to welcome in August. While the four pairs were definitely a surprise, three more pairs from the Made in USA collection by Teddy Santis are set to drop tomorrow. Among this week’s releases, we’re getting the 990 v1 ‘Macadamia Nut’, 990 v2 ‘Black’, and the 990 v3 ‘Moonbeam’.
990 v1 ‘Macadamia Nut’
The 990 v1 returns this week, this time in the Incense/Macadamia Nut colorway. The upper is made with a mix of hairy suede and mesh, coming in shades of beige and sand. While we are fans of the grey tones of New Balance, this stacks up well with the best of them. The deep brown hits are found on the heel counter and on the classic “N” on the side panels.
990 v2 ‘Black’
If the Chrysanthemum joints from last week were too much for you, this might be right up your alley. The ‘Black’ v2s are paired with a true camo green hue mesh to complement the deep set silhouette. The yellowed-out ABZORB midsole further adds to the shoe’s overall look. A 3M heel plate adds an extra dimension to the shoe’s design, coupled with the cream tongue and laces.
990 v3 ‘Moonbeam’
The last pair for this week’s Teddy Santis release is the 990 v3 ‘Moonbeam’. Upon first glance, the color palette is quite close to the Macadamia Nut v1s, but the varying shades of cream blend in really well. The mix of suede and short hair suede comprise most of the upper, while the mesh and grey underlays complement the tongue and ENCAP midsole.
Just like last week’s release, New Balance will conduct a raffle to give everyone a fair shot at bringing these pairs home. Each pair retails for Php 13,495. To join the raffle, click here. You have until August 4, 10am to send in your raffle entry. New Balance is limited only 1 entry per person. Winners will receive an email by 4th at 1pm in the afternoon. Winners will need to present their valid ID at the preferred store upon purchasing the shoe. Winners may only claim their pair from August 4 to August 7, 2022. Unclaimed pairs will be sold to the public on August 8, 2022.
