Release Reminder: Air Jordan XII ‘Reverse Taxi’

23 years. It’s been 23 years since the Air Jordan XII debuted on to the scene. When MJ rocked the ‘Taxi’ to banner in the season, everyone was in awe. It was definitely a great follow up to the XI, which many thought was the best shoe ever. Tinker’s masterpiece finally featured Zoom Air, a first for the signature line, but definitely the ‘it’ tech around Nike back then.

As the shoe makes its return this week, Jordan Brand flips the classic leather by using premium black suede, making it a reverse of the OG colorway. Gold eyelets adorn the shoe to go with the taxi-colored “TWO 3” on the shoe’s throat. On the heel, you’ll see the message “Quality Inspired By The Greatest Ever” vertically stitched, reminding everyone that Jordan Brand won’t settle for anything less than GOAT quality for the GOAT. Classic, we think so.

The Air Jordan XII Retro ‘Reverse Taxi’ drops tomorrow, October 7th, at Titan, Nike Park, and Nike.com. The shoe retails for Php 9,445.
