New: Jordan Brand unveils the Heir Series 2

The game continues to evolve across all levels. But zoning in on the women’s game, the game has changed immensely, and Jordan Brand recognizes this by creating a shoe that can match the speed, intensity and artistry of its players. Enter the Jordan Heir Series 2.

While we have seen the Jordan Heir back in October 2024, the second shoe is designed for quick cuts ans shifts, helping players push the pace even faster.

“With my footwork being an important part of my game, the Heir Series 2 is a performance shoe that provides the flexibility and stability for me to be a force on both ends of the floor,” says Napheesa Collier, Jordan Brand athlete and five-time WNBA All-Star. “Everyone who follows my game knows I was a fan of the Heir Series, but the innovation in the Heir Series 2 has exceeded my expectations.”

While there is a resemblance to the the Heir Series 1, the new shoe added improvements that enable more quickness with every step. The shoe features a new forefoot Air Zoom unit for responsiveness, while a thicker drop-in Cushlon 3.0 midsole foam is wrapped in an additional layer of foam above the outsole for added comfort. A translucent TPU cage aids in containment while a rubber herringbone traction pattern helps in quickness and control. The shoe also features a removable hair tie found on the shoe’s heel.
