TODAY: Chinatown Market x Batman x Converse Chuck 70

Throughout the years, designers, editors, graphic novel illustrators, and numerous other talented people have come together to create new and interesting characters. Despite the fact that we are still in awe of the superheroes of our childhood, there are those who are very welcoming of new characters and anticipate their arrival with eagerness.

However, if you’re not about that comic life, you must know that Batman is celebrating his 80th this year. Over the last few months, DC has been celebrating Bats with several activations, releases, and most recently kicks. Streetwear brand Chinatown Market and Converse linked up to celebrate the 80th anniversary with a pair of Chuck 70s worth picking up.

The first Chuck Taylor paircomes in a white canvas upper with an all-over 3D print featuring the Batman logo, Two-Face and some other Batman graphics. The 2nd Chuck 70 pair comes in a black/yellow color blocking with the Bat-Signal across the Gotham City skyline. What’s great about this pair is that it does have glow-in-the-dark details on the tongue, Bat-Signal and the city lights.

The Chinatown Market x Batman x Converse Chuck 70 drops today, December 7, and will retail for Php 4,990. They will be available at the following locations:
