Quiccs gives us his iteration of the Forum this season

Golf, Tennis, Weightlifting and Basketball. Over the last few months, we’ve seen Filipino talent shine through within their respective fields and it definitely has put a smile on our faces despite the pandemic. When you talk about shining through for your country, the well isn’t about to dry up anytime soon when you think of what Quiccs has done to represent us with his partnership with adidas.

After several rounds of Manila tees and the Harden Vol.5 ‘Manila Heritage’ drop flying off the shelves, Quiccs continues to weave his magic with adidas, this time giving us his iteration of the FORUM Low this season.

We broke the news of this upcoming release last Friday, but here we get a closer look at the Quiccs FORUM, a shoe adidas Origingals has been highlighting this season. After speaking to the Filipino-born and bred artist several times these past few years, it’s quite evident that he’s a fan of the brand’s Originals line and it was only a matter of time for Quiccs to put his imprint on to a shoe like the FORUM. The stars also aligned for Maiquez, who hopes to motivate the next generation of creators to embrace that same open forum spirit, unafraid of new possibilities, opportunities, and experiences.

“Since the beginning of this partnership, I have said how I would like to be able to show and inspire other people that through passion, patience and hard work, one can build their dreams into a reality. ‘Earning my stripes’ was an opportunity I only used to dream of, and now I am living it, and I am honored to share with my fellow Filipinos— and the rest of the world— an iconic adidas Originals silhouette featuring a design that was a product of my passion and creativity,” says Quiccs. 

For Quiccs’ edition of the FORUM Low, you’ll easily spot his design elements throughout the shoe. From the crossbones logo and “TEQ63”, Quiccs’ signaturen design is seen on the shoe’s reflective upper as well as on the tongue, gold dubrae, and heel. The shoe’s back tongue also features “IT WAS ALL A DREAM” and “01.21.20” which represents the official start of his partnership with the Three Stripes. The shoe also comes with three interchangeable strap designs, giving you options to rock your FORUM whichever way you want.

 The Quicss x adidas FORUM Low drops this Friday, October 15, and will retail for Php 6,500. The shoe will be available via adidas.com.ph, adidas app, and adidas stores around the metro.
