New: The adidas Adizero Select 3.0 ‘KQ63’ drops this week

It’s one thing to get a local artist to design a shoe. It’s an entirely different story when you get that local artist design a PE (player edition) for a local athlete. This week, that same shoe will be on the feet of Filipinos.

adidas Philippines makes history with the release of the Adizero Select 3.0 “KQ63” – a collaboration between the brand, local basketball star Kevin Quiambao and world-famous toy designer and artist Quiccs.

While we’ve seen the leaks from as early as December 2025, it’s another thing to have them in hand to see what this partnership represents. KQ’s been rising up the ranks and continues to make waves in Korea after a successful collegiate stint with DLSU. This special PE represents his journey and the next generation.

“It’s been a privilege to have played a part in this player edition footwear, and it has served as one of the biggest inspirations for me to keep working and playing hard on the court. adidas has been one of my biggest supporters from the start, so I’m very excited to be a part of this collaboration with both adidas and Quiccs as I continue my journey as an athlete,” shares Quiambao.

The Adizero Select 3.0 “KQ63” comes in a bright neon pink upper contrasted by the white stripes and yellow hits. This merges KQ’s favorite colors to wear on court with Quiccs’ design ethos. Both KQ and Quiccs’ logos can be seen on the heel and the special insoles.

“Having been able to work with adidas the last six years, it continues to be an accomplishment to collaborate, and especially now more so with Kevin Quiambao who has proven himself to be a generational talent. I feel very honored not only to have worked with him but also to have another opportunity to represent Filipino artistry once more with adidas,” says Quiccs of the collaboration.

The silhouette – the Adizero Select 3.0 – features Lightstrike cushioning for explosive speed and cushoining, breathable textile upper provides comfort both on and off the court, and KQ63 detailing throughout, showcasing KQ’s story with Quiccs’ designs.

Last April, Houston Rockets guard Jalen Green wore the pair on court during Filipino Heritage Night, a huge nod to his culture and the role we play on the global stage.

The adidas Adizero Select 3.0 “KQ63” will retail for Php 5,800 and will be available for early release on Wednesday, June 11 at select Foot Locker stores (Glorietta, Greenhills and Trinoma) and a wider release slate the following day, June 12 at adidas stores, adidas.com.ph, adidas app and select partner retailers such as Planet Sports, Sports Central and Toby’s Sports.
