New: Here’s What You Missed at the adidas x YEO KAA launch

October’s been a little crazy and we really haven’t had time to do recaps of some of the events that transpired. While the biggest thing this past month was the start of the NBA season, there were some events that we have to celebrate.

Take for example the recently launched collaboration between adidas Philippines and local artist Yeo Kaa. While the main draw was the work she did on the Rivalry 86 Low (get yours now! pairs are still available at the adidas Brand Center, atmos, Titan, Commonwealth and FootLocker), the collab was more than just sneakers. Yeo Kaa and adidas also created a special 3 Stripes tee, Bucket Hat and Tote. adidas PH dressed up the Brand Center (Glorietta if you still haven’t had a chance to visit) and gave fans the opportunity to get their merch signed by the one and only Yeo Kaa.

Yeo Kaa’s design aesthetics are seen throughout and it’s definitely one of the better executions done by a local artist on very familiar adidas products. The adidas x Yeo Kaa collection is definitely another feather in the Filipino creative’s cap.
