New: adidas just unveiled the Official Gilas Pilipinas team kits
After announcing their partnership last May, adidas PH and Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) unveiled the official Gilas Pilipinas uniforms for the upcoming 2025 FIBA Women’s and Men’s Asia Cups. The reveal was done earlier today (July 10) during a special press event and send-off for the national teams slated to compete next week.
As mentioned previously, adidas will outfit all Gilas Pilipinas teams – including Men’s, Women’s, Youth, 3×3, 5×5, and eFIBA – both on and off the court.
A Design Rooted in Passion, Purpose, and Performance
To get a better understanding of what’s under the new kits, the new Gilas Pilipinas uniforms use AEROREADY technology, designed to wick moisture and keep athletes dry throughout the game. The doubleknit fabric with a hydrophilic keeps it lightweight, comfortable and breathable. The uniforms also use recycled materials, reflecting adidas’ commitment to sustainability.
In terms of design, the home jersey comes in royal blue with adidas’ iconic Three Stripes in red along the side panels. The away jersey comes in clean white with matching red stripes on the side. Both designed feature the golden sun found on the neckline, symbolizing the strength and spirit of the Philippines.
A Unified Send-Off
You’ll see Gilas show off their new wares beginning next week, as they wear them during the FIBA Women’s Asia Cup in Shenzen, China in July and FIBA Mena’s Asia Cup in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia this coming August.

Limited Release for Fans
While we’re excited to see Gilas wear them during their respective tournaments, fans will get a chance to purchase the jerseys on July 26, 2025 – just in time for their exhibition match against the Macau Black Bears on July 28 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The jerseys will be made available at the adidas Brand Center Glorietta in Makati and adidas Home of Sport TriNoma in Quezon City. A wider release is slated in September. A portion of the proceeds will support SBP’s programs, helping nurture the next generation of basketball talent.
Each jersey comes with a Limited Edition Gilas Fan Pack, which includes a drawstring pack, baller bands, sticker set and postcards. Fans may also avail of in-store customization at the locations above to personalize their jerseys with their favorite player’s name and number or any other custom text (this can be done for an additional fee, that is).
