ICYMI: adidas Originals Snakeskin Pack

Last May, adidas Originals released the Yung-1 done with an all snakeskin upper. Earlier this July, we also received a Stan Smith done in snakeskin but in a different hue. Both pairs are actually part of a larger pack, both done in snakeskin. The Snakeskin Pack includes the aforementioned Yung-1 (apparently, they used premium Italian leather for its upper), LXCON 94, and the Supercourt RX. The LXCON 94 also comes in the allover snakeskin leather upper, but shows some contract with the textile underlays and 3-Stripes. The shoe is finished off with the red and blue Torsion bar inserts in the shoe’s outsole. Lastly, the Supercourt RX is done with the same snakeskin leather upper but with the Trefoil logo window. The shoe’s off-white midsole provides the contrast alongside the blue and red sockliners.

The second snakeskin pack is comprised of the Stan Smith, Continental 80, Falcon W and an adilette slide. To differentiate this set, adidas used premium Italian Pellegrini leather but treated in grey snakeskin. In contrast to the red/blue lining of the first set, the second pack uses a special lime green inlay with unique graphics, and also comes with alternative lime green laces.

The adidas Snakeskin Pack is now availablae at select adidas Originals stores, the adidas PH online store and Commonwealth. Both the Yung-1 and LXCON 94 retail for Php 9,000, while the Supercourt RX retails for Php 9,300. The second snakeskin pack is set to release worldwide August 16, 2019 but you can already pick up the Stan Smith at select adidas stores and Sole Academy for Php 6,000.
