Asics Tiger & 24 Kilates bring us aboard the ’24 Kilates Express’

Asics Tiger has been relatively quiet the past few months and it’s refreshing to see something new from the Japanese-based brand. This October, they team up with Spain’s 24 Kilates to add to their growing collaboration. For their 4th collab, 24 Kilates and Asics Tiger take on the classic Gel-Lyte III that pays tribute to the railway that links Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. The Asics Tiger x 24 Kilates ’24 Kilates Express’ uses a mix of suede and premium leather and nubuck to resemble the interiors of train cabins. The co-branded logo patch is found on the split tongue, while gold embroideries are found on the ASICS and 24 Kilates logos found throughout. The Gel-Lyte III also comes with a special lace dubrae along with 3 sets of laces to match with this stellar beauty.

The 24 Kilates x Asics Tiger Gel-Lyte III ’24 Kilates Express’ drops this Saturday, October 6, at Sneak Peek and Commonwealth. Both Sneak Peek (Shangri-la) and Commonwealth (SM Aura) is releasing the shoe on a first come, first serve basis.
