CHECK IT: SM’s URBAN STREET MARKET

Over the last month, SM City North Edsa in partnership with Capital set up the Urban Street Market at the Annex. Over the course of the last few weeks, patrons got a taste of their favorite things — sneakers, apparel, accessories, gadgets and music. From live art demos to sneaker customization workshops to dance battles (more on this later), the Urban Street Market proved to be a destination for the young and young at heart. We dropped by during the culminating event yesterday and took a scan of the pop-up spaces by Capital, Digital Walker, Herschel Supply Co., Dr. Martens, the North Face, DC Shoes, Roxy, Quiksilver, and many more.

During the final day of the market, the LGAC and TPM dance crews performed did an impromptu dance battle and invited some of the shoppers to perform with them as well. Capital offered free shoe cleaning services while the other brands offered discounts of up to 50% on their products. DJs from Beat Project MNL provided the beats to keep the USM lively.
