The NBA’s been buzzing with the Postseason, and the action spills over all the way to the Philippines with the NBA Rising Stars Invitational Philippines Qualifiers. Over the last few days, teams from all over the archipelago have made their way to Manila for the qualifiers. Aside from the Qualifiers, the NBA is also conducting an NBA Cares Clinic, hosting 40 boys and girls from Childhope Philippines, a non-governmental organization dedicated to helping street children.

Gracing the Qualifiers and the NBA Cares camp is San Antonio Spurs’ Jeremy Sochan. The final games of the qualifiers will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The winning boys’ and girls’ team will represent their schools at the NBA Rising Stars Invitational, where they will compete against other standout high-school teams from across the region.  The NBA Rising Stars Invitational, the league’s first regional high-school basketball tournament, will feature standout high school teams from 10 countries and territories across Asia-Pacific competing in Singapore from Wednesday, June 25 – Sunday, June 29 as part of a multiday immersive basketball and entertainment festival.
