New: the latest adidas Originals x KoRn collaboration is dropping this May

Why KoRn?

Why Not. Artist collaborations can be a mixed bag, some fly, some fade. But when you have career longevity such as KoRn, expect to see their fan base stand up in celebration for anything related to the revered Cali-based alt metal band. Back in 2023, we saw the initial collection drop that features footwear, apparel and accessories.

This May, adidas Originals continues the story with the band, this time drawing inspiration from the band’s style and love for sporting the brands’ tracksuits. The new collection is highlighted by a green sequined tracksuit which can only be purchased on the Korn webstore. In terms of other apparel and accessories, a long sleeve graphic Tee, socks and a cap are also available, bearing the KoRn logo and Three Stripes detailing.

In terms of fotear, the Campus 2 and Supermodified (not available in the PH) are included in this year’s collection. The Campus 2 is chunkier than the Campus we normally see in store, and comes with a hairy suede upper and a bunch of hidden KoRn details. The Supermodified is done in red with green accents (also exclusively available via the KoRn webstore). Both pairs resemble the vintage KoRn tees when the album Follow the Leader came out. Graphics are printed on the shoe’s insoles, with extra laces, a set of chunky laces, a sticker pack, a guitar pick keychain and a co-branded tour-style box.

The adidas Originals x KoRn collection drops on May 15 via adidas.com.ph, the adidas app, and select doors around the metro. The KoRn Campus 2 retails for Php 6,800, while the L/S Tee (Php 3,900), Cap (Php 2,400) and Socks (Php 1,500) will also release on the 15th.
