New: We need the Reebok x BEAMS CLUB C BULC

Bok Boys and Japan Streetwear fans rejoice!

Reebok’s been tooting their own horn, bringing out some solid releases over the last few (the Blast and BB4000 II come to mind outside of the usual suspects), solidifying their state in the local sneaker scene. As they further build upon their strong base, Reebok pulls off a release with someone we didn’t expect, Japan’s very own BEAMS to introduce their latest iteration of the CLUB C – the CLUB C BULC.

We all know and love the Club C, but the CLUB C BULC is the thicker, chunkier, skate-friendly cousin of the classic silhouette. The clean, white leather uppers from the Club C remains, but now reinforced with rubberized toe caps and outsoles for added stability and traction. The shoe’s tongue is also a lot thicker, a call to traditional skate shoes and style from the early 2000s. The lateral windows and heels show classic Reebok branding while the tongue label has BEAMS done in the ’80s-style Reebok font. Even through summer is winding down, the CLUB C BULC will definitely work with our weather all year long.

The Reebok x BEAMS CLUB C BULC drops this Friday, July 7 at Reebok (SM Megamall), select Sports Central stores and Reebok.ph for Php 6,295.
