Nike continues that Move to Zero with the Air Force 1 Crater
After releasing several recycled material-sneakers over the last season, Nike adds to its family with the latest version of the Nike Air Force 1, this time with Nike Crater Foam. With sustainability in mind, the AF-1 Crater features a Nike Crater Foam midsole (a blend of standard Nike foam and 11% Nike Grind Rubber) keeps the shoe true to iconic design.
One noticeable difference with the Air Force 1 Crater is the shoe’s vamp, which now reveals a recycled foam backer made with 20% recycled TPU. The rest of the upper is built with 24% PU recycled synthetic leather to go with the speckled Nike Grind outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Crater drops today, October 1st, and will come in Men’s and Women’s sizes in two colorways – Summit White and Platinum. The shoe retails for Php 5,895.
