Connecting Past And The Future: Check out this year’s Jordan Holiday 2020 Collection

Posted on Sep 24, 2020 in Jordan Brand

As we are on the tail end of the Fall 2020 Collection, Jordan Brand just unveiled their Retro lineup for Holiday 2020. This holiday season, JB brings their rich history with high-tech construction to connect the past with the future. Check out this year’s Holiday lineup:

AIR JORDAN I RETRO HI OG CO.JP

Last season, we saw the Silver Air Jordan I HI OG CO.JPs resurface from 2001. When they released back in the day, the Midnight Navy pair stood alongside it. What’s interesting about this pair was that it was one of the first Air Jordan Is to use navy as a base color. The shoe also gained popularity with skateboarders and SB athletes alike. With the jewel-ized Wings logo and the metallic silver Swoosh, this CO.JP pair is tough to beat.

WOMEN’S AIR JORDAN I HI OG ‘Lucky Green’

Another women’s exclusive, Jordan Brand took inspiration from MJ’s classic 63-point playoff game in ’86 against the Boston Celtics. This iteration of the Air Jordan I HI OG focuses on progress, not perfection. The shoe features raw construction, unstitched eyelets and matted green leather. The insoles also feature a parquet floor-inspired design.

AIR JORDAN I RETRO HI OG ‘Dark Mocha’

I’m sure a lot of you are going to start calling this pair the Un-Travis Scott Is. I maybe one of the few to say that these might even be better simply because of the color blocking. Utilizing nubuck leahter for the toe, heel and ankle collar, we’re sure to see this pair fly off the shelves this holiday season. The shoe will be coming in men’s and grade school sizing.

AIR JORDAN I RETRO HI OG

For this patent-clad Air Jordan I, JB took inspiration from a F&F pair from back in the ’80s that eventually released as an Air Jordan I Mid back in 2003. The Black and Gold patent leather on these Highs are sur to garner a fan base like no other. An OG stain label is woven on to this instant classic.

AIR JORDAN III RETRO

Air Jordan III fans are sure to have this pair on their must-cop list. With the black/cement base, the IIIs now have accents of purple and orange to give it a new look. We’re still waiting on the release date, but we’re sure to have this on our radars.

AIR JORDAN IV RETRO ‘Fire Red’

So many OG heads have been waiting for this pair to drop. The Fire Red IVs makes it triumphant return in OG color blocking, shape and detailing. From the OG Nike Air hangtag and packaging, expect these to drop in time for Black Friday this November in full family sizing.

AIR JORDAN IV

Similar to the Air Jordan IIIs, this iteration of the Air Jordan IV is set to release outside of North America. These IVs use a combination of canvas and twill quilt-like patchwork, similar to the recent Sashiko releases we’ve been seeing this season.

AIR JORDAN V ‘WHAT THE’

Continuing the celebration of the Air Jordan V’s 30-year anniversary, JB releases a What The’ edition for the V. While we have seen the OG colorways on mashup before, this What The version combines some of the most memorable non-OG colorways. You’ll see the ‘Raging Bull’, ‘Tokyo’, ‘Green Been’, ‘Army Olive’, and Quai 54′ among the pairs selected. There are also embroidered logos on the heel as were done for the ‘Shanghai’ and ‘Tokyo’ pairs before.

WOMEN’S AIR JORDAN VIII

The women get this deep burgundy rendition of the Air Jordan VIII. Using smooth premium and suede on the upper, these VIIIs are sure to break necks this coming season.

AIR JORDAN XII RETRO

It’s pretty amazing that we’re only seeing the black and red in reverse for the Air Jordan XII. With a predominantly red suede upper, the XIIs also have the OG faux lizard print mudguard and woven lable. This year’s Air Jordan XIIs will be coming in its OG packaging.

AIR JORDAN XII RETRO

With the Concord colorway being one of the most iconic in the Jordan line, why not use it on other silhouettes? Jordan takes the Concord to the XII to go with its genuine black suede upper. With chrome finished eyelet, these XIIs will be coming in men’s and grade school sizing.

AIR JORDAN XIII RETRO

The Hyper Royal colorway makes it on to the Air Jordan XIII. With its black reflective upper and microfiber tongue, the cat’s eye continues to stand out this slick pair. The Air Jordan XIII will also be arriving in OG packaging and full family sizing.
