Although we missed Bron during the 2019 NBA Playoffs, LeBron fans have been rejoicing with the continuous run of unreleased, sample, and F&F pairs from the LeBron James archive. Today, Nike Basketball brings back another F&F pair never before released to the public until now.
Back in 2006, James was selected to his 2nd All-Star Game which was held in Houston, Texas. On court, Bron wore the White/Red/Gold Zoom LeBron 3 which looked as good as any other signature shoe that weekend. But for friends and family, Bron gifted them with a Houston Oilers-themed pair of his signature sneaker. Dressed in the now-defunct Oilers’ University Blue and Reds, the shoe definitely made waves among LeBron fans and collectors from all over. LeBron’s initials L.R.J. can be found on the medial toe area and a star pressed on to the heel tab commemorates the All-Star game it represents.
The Nike Zoom LeBron 3 QS ‘Houston All-Star’ is now available at select Titan stores (Fort/Vertis/Conrad/Alabang), with the shoe retailing for Php 8,545.
