New this week: Nike goes patent leather for the Air Force 1 High ‘Sheed’
BALL DON’T LIE.
If there ever was a signature athlete for the Air Force 1 these days, it’s definitely Rasheed Wallace. While most of us rock the AF-1 off court, Rasheed Wallace wore them on it from the late 90s all the way to his retirement. Since then, we’ve seen Sheed appear during special Nike/AF-1 events as the shoe’s official ambassador. This weekend, Nike continues to celebrate the wonder that his Rasheed Wallace with another Air Force 1 High to add to the collection.
While we have seen several AF-1 Sheeds before, Nike Sportswear brings us a full white-on-white patent leather High this June (the previous white patent leather iteration had Carolina Blue accents on the straps and outsole). The patent leather sneaker may seem pretty straightforward but they did add Sheed’s classic fadeaway logo on the lateral heel.
The Nike Air Force 1 High QS ‘Sheed’ is now available at Commonwealth (Greenbelt) and Titan (Fort) and retails for Php 6,745.
