Don’t you just love the smell of fresh, new leather when you break in a fresh pair? That was the feeling I got this am when I broke these OTW Larkins for today. Damn do they smell good? Oh, let’s not forget that they do feel good too. The Vans OTW Collection’s available at the Flagship store. There are a couple of nice pairs from Vans’ OTW but I’m a low top kinda guy and this really got me.
Still reeling off Holiday’s Cool Grey groove, I decided to get this pair in this colorway.With the cap-toe going on, it gives the shoe a classic look but in a very modern silhouette. The Larkin’s fresh to def as the upper is made of premium materials. From the leathers, both on the cap toe and the perf leather panels, to the metal eyelets and aglets, the embossed tongue labels and waxed laces. With regards to the outsole, you know how Vans does it. Cupsoles with full-length EVA midsoles= comfort. Drop by the Vans Flagship store or other OTW stockists for a good look at the Larkin and the other OTW models in the collection.
