Wired Different: The Under Armour Curry 5 drops today

Are we getting hit with a second round of Warriors fever this week? After KD’s visit to Manila, Under Armour finally releases the Stephen Curry’s latest shoe, the Curry 5. Using Curry’s use of ingenuity and innovation on the court as inspiration, the UA Curry 5 is wired different. The shoe now is built with a full knit construction and comes with an updated lacing system. UA still uses Anafoam cushioning for comfort. For the initial release, we’re getting the “Welcome Home” colorway, which is done with a black/white mesh pattern on the upper contrasted by the white knit upper. If you recall, Curry wore the shoe during the Western Conference Finals when they played the Rockets. Steph’s SC logo is found on the tongue while a translucent outsole completes the look. The Under Armour Curry 5 “Welcome Home” drops today. July 12, at Titan and will retail for Php 7,995 and will be available at the following locations: Fort / Vertis / Conrad / Alabang / Titan22.com
