greenbelt 5 part 1 of 4: Greyone Social

I stopped by the posh Greenbelt 5 after hearing from a friend that the sneaker stores there had stuff worth posting here. My friend was right. This entry will be a first of 4 parts on what’s happening over at Greenbelt 5. Just to clarify, I didn‘t add the other boutiques that also sell leisure shoes as it would be too much of a sell out of me to rep them as something “cool” to wear. But hey, if they’re willing to dress me up, I’ll shut my pie hole.
For this entry, I dropped by Greyone Social. The store is now a full on store, compared to their first ever over at Rockwell (which is more like a little stall with hangers and some shelves). Looking at the display, you’ll find the usual items you’ll find at a streetwear store- caps (new Eras and hats), shirts (a lot of nice ones here-Crooks & Castles, Obey, Undefeated, Sneaktip, G1 of course, and many, many others), vinyl toys, and ofcourse sneakers. Here’re some pics of the items I found on the store. For real sneaker conoisseurs, Clae is the way to go. Do check out the store to see their selection and prices. My pick here is the Parker in Ruby.
For mainstream hipsters, they also have some Vans (Eras and then some) as well as some Nike Blazers. When I dropped by, they had 3 Blazers- 2 NBA QK series and one SB. The NBA Quickstrikes were in the colors of Chicago and Detroit. The SB Blazer here was the orange Lance Mountain x CR Stecyk Edition. For Nike SB fans, cop this before it’s too late! But before I forget, there was one more sneaker that I absolutely liked. I’m slowly turning into an air max fan. They had these air max lights in black with neon accents.

I’d like to thank Greyone for bringing in some decent kicks our way. If you like brands such as these, you know where to go.

oh before i was always hesitating going in this store because no one is going in, maybe now i could look at it because of these babies.. haha.. good stuff they got there.. uhm also i saw some good shoes in bratpack, also in greenbelt 5..
and oh, what is their average price of the shirts? i always buy from zara and maybe they have cheaper but better designs..
shirts here usually range from 1300-2000. The store can get pretty intimidating but their stuff’s pretty legit and fresh. I’d do G1 any day.
