REEBOK ZIG ESCAPE: BLACKTOP EDITION

With 50+ games into the season, players are definitely in midseason shape and turning the corner to hopefully finish strong and make it to the Playoffs. John Wall was hurt for the most part, but seeing him back on the court was definitely a treat for Wizards fans. Their record definitely improved with him on the floor. One thing that definitely changed with Wall was his sneaker. He shifted from Reebok to adidas, leaving his John Wall signature series for the Three Stripes. Here’s possibly the last colorway from his third signature shoe, the Reebok Wall Season 3: ZigEscape. With the inclusion of the Blacktop logo by the collar, Reebok went the streetball route for this colorway.

For those not familiar with the Blacktop line (or too young to even care of the 90s), Reebok was lording it over Nike and adidas when it came to bringing the game to the streets. Blacktop was all the rage back then and it’s good to see the brand revive the line this 2013.
