TODAY: Nike LEBRON XVII ‘Purple & Gold’

With so much excitement brewing in La La Land this season, Nike Basketball is pleased to release LeBron James’ latest signature shoe, the LEBRON XVII. With the highest volume of Air used for its Max Air heel unit, the LEBRON XVII provides you with the best possible shock absorption as you brace for impact every time you go up for a basket. This, along with the Zoom Air pods in the forefoot is sure to provide you with the best possible cushioning on court.

Another great innovation is the introduction of Knitposite. Nike combines lightweight Flyknit construction with heat-molded yarns that add structure and color. This makes for a more durable, supportive upper that resists stretching. What Nike did was apply heat on to the knitting process which turned the upper into an exo-skeleton, keeping it structurally sound while soft in areas where it needs to be.

For its initial release in the PH, Nike introduces us to the ‘Purple & Gold’ colorway. With purple and gold hits on the quarter and heel, as well as a purple tinted Air unit, the LEBRON XVII is sure to be a hit for Laker fans all around. A ‘Lakerized’ LeBron James is printed on the shoe’s insole.

The Nike LEBRON XVII ‘Purple & Gold’ is set to release today, October 10, at Nike Park, Titan and select Nike doors around the metro. The shoe retails for Php 9,895.
