This KD 12 was made for the Nike Nationals

The Summer League’s over, the Drew, Rucker and Goodman Leagues are winding down while the Dyckman is happening real soon. Aside from all these big-boy summer leagues, Nike’s also lending their hand in other more grassroots-level leagues like the EYBL. Seeing the growth and abundance of talent in the boys tourneys, it would be an understatement to dismiss the girls playing in the EYBL. The long list of legends who went through the EYBL is like a roll call of current and future hall of famers – Diana Taurasi, Dawn Staley, Breanna Stewart, Epipanny Prince, the Ogwumike sisters, the list goes on. This year’s program had three stops for the girls, with 24 teams vying for the Nike Nationals. The finals actually concluded last weekend and what better way than to solidify this amazing summer with a special sneaker.

The KD 12 ‘Nike Nationals’ comes in a very colorful colorway, representing the tournament’s vibrancy and brazen nature of summer hoops. The EYBL logo is found on the heel, but this shoe is all about owning the summer and owning the competition on court.
