The Nike Zoom Fly SP finally drops this July

Posted on Jul 17, 2018 in Nike

A little over a year ago, Nike Running set their goals on breaking the 2-hour marathon barrier. Over the course of the project, Nike Running unveiled several running silhouettes utilizing the carbon-infused nylon plates, pretty much like the ones Eliud Kipchoge wore during his Breaking2 attempt. Although we can’t own the same pair, Nike gave us this — the Nike Zoom Fly SP.

It took a while for Nike to release the Zoom Fly SP in the market, but we’re glad that it’s finally here. The shoe utilizes a full-length carbon-infused nylon plate situated within the midsole to help propel you forward with every step. Nike also used Lunarlon cushioning to provide a good balance of shock absorption, stability and responsiveness.

On the shoe’s upper, you’ll notice a translucent, stretch-woven materialto keep things lightweight. The shoe also features a soft microsuede arch band to provide support and stability. Two colorways are now available, Black/Light Bone for men and Dusty Peach/Guave Ice for women. The Nike Zoom Fly SP is now available at Sole Academy (BGC/ATC), Nike Forum (Robinsons Magnolia) and select Nike Park doors around the metro. The shoe retails for Php 8,545.
