The latest PG 3 sneaker is inspired by PG’s love for fishing

With several PEs and signature shoes to boot, you should know by now that Paul George loves a couple of things. Video games, his hometown, space exploration come to mind, but one of the more surprising things about PG is that he loves fishing.

Yes, fishing.

During the offseason, PG makes it a point to go fishing. Whether it’s frequenting a nearby fishing hole or hosting celebrity fishing tournaments, PG is all about fishing. He’s even mentioned that he has been reading some fishing kayak reviews to continue his fishing adventures elsewhere. This month, Nike Basketball looks to those colorful fishing lures for the latest colorway of the PG 3. The sneaker features an aqua blue gradient upper with green accents on the tongue tab and logos. An embroidered leaping fish can be found on the shoe’s heel to go with the shoe’s multicolored rope laces.

The Nike PG 3 EP ‘Lure’ is now available at Titan, Nike Forum and the Athlete’s Foot. The shoe still retails for Php 5,795.
