Last May we were treated to the Nike Spring/Summer Manny Pacquiao fight collection when he went up against Sugar Shane Mosley. Back then, Nike released two trainers- the Huarache Trainer Premium and the Trainer 1.3 Max, which was limited to roughly about 500 pairs worldwide. With the JMM fight just a couple of days away a lot of the true MP and sneaker fans were waiting in to swoop in for the latest signature shoe in the storied MP series.

Over the weekend word got out that they were available. A friend was able to pick up a pair and was kind enough to share images of the latest shoe in the line, the Nike Trainer 1.3 Max Breathe. This special edition made for MP and Team Pacquiao is a beaut and rivals previous signature PEs as one of the best. Using a full 360 Max Air bag for cushioning, the Trainer 1.3 Max Breathe also uses a Hyperfused upper for better foot ventilation and breathability. The colors are distinctly Filipino with White, Red, Blue and Yellow all over it. The tongue and foot bed also carry special MP graphics that you may have seen from previous Nike MP artwork. Lastly, the heel shows the MP logo in Philippine colors.

I’m 95% sure that the shoe is sold out by now regardless of the information surrounding it (or the lack thereof). Once there is additional information, we will keep you informed.
