Out Now: Nike CruzrOne ‘Bright Crimson’

Posted on May 28, 2020 in Nike

Back in March 2019, Tinker Hatfield was part of the panel on Design over at SXSW. While he did talk about several things including the Nike Adapt line, sneaker fiends were curious as to what Tinker was wearing. He eventually shared that the shoe was called the Nike CruzrOne.

Throughout the years, Nike has created running shoes for every type of runner. They’ve created several cushioning platforms such as Air, Zoom, React and fairly recently, the Joyride. The CruzrOne uses a stacked React foam on its heel and tapers as it hits the toe, giving the user a more natural glide with every stride.

As Tinker put it, the CruzrOne was made for aging athletes or runners who prefer slower-paced runs. The rocker-shaped sole aids in providing that smooth heel to toe transition, giving the runner a more steady flow of movement. To add to that, the shoe also features a soft wool-lined collar, keeping the shoe comfy coupled with the mesh upper for better breathability.

While the shoe released in select markets back in October 2019, we’re finally getting the shoe on our shores via Nike.com/ph. The Nike CruzrOne retails for Php 7,645 and comes in Bright Crimson, the same exact colorway Tinker wore at SXSW.
