OFFICIAL: The Nike Zoom Freak 1 ‘All Bros’

The MVP finally gets his shoe.

As they say, timing is everything. But more than timing, Giannis Antetoukounmpo believes that everything is earned and not given. And with him bringing home the MVP plum the other day, Giannis definitely earns all the praises and rewards that come his way, including his first ever signature shoe with Nike Basketball, the Zoom Freak 1.

After being leaked over a year ago, Nike Basketball finally unveiled the shoe in Athens, Greece with this season’s MVP earlier today. Giannis unveiled the shoe with his other brothers – Thanasis, Kostas, Alexis and Francis. The lead colorway is aptly dubbed ‘All Bros’, as it represents the brotherhood of the ‘Antetokounbros’. While bound by the inseparable bond, Giannis knows that the brotherhood is bigger than the family. ‘All Bros’ honors Giannis’ belief that family runs deeper than blood and that same sense of kinship and relationship can be found amongst teammates and friends as well.

In terms of the design, the biggest most obvious element here is the reverse Swoosh found on the shoe’s midsole. The shoe also features a one-piece bright orange mesh upper coupled with the colorful midsole. Giannis’ GA logo can be found on the tongue while his number 34 that resembles his nation’s flag is on the heel. The Zoom Freak 1 utilizes Zoom Air cushioning on the heel as seen on the translucent portion of the outsole. ALL BROS is also printed on the shoe’s insoles to complete this colorway’s look.

The Nike Zoom Freak 1 ‘All Bros’ drops tomorrow, June 29th, at select Titan doors (Fort, Conrad, Vertis, Alabang, and Titan22.com). The shoe retails for Php 6,295.
