Nike Zoom KD 11 ‘Aunt Pearl’

Raise Awareness.

Ever since Nike Basketball and KD launched the ‘Aunt Pearl’ colorway with the KD4, its meant more than just a ‘cool’ pair from the signature line. KD’s Aunt Pearl has passed on while battling cancer and this was one way for KD to pay homage and raise breast cancer awareness. Create in partnership with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, the Zoom KD 11 comes in its traditional pink color scheme with the names of 59 cancer survivors found on the insoles and heel counters. The shoe still uses a Flyknit upper to go along with the marbled midsole, something we’ve seen on previous Aunt Pearl iterations. Lastly, a pearlized button replaces the KD emblem found on the shoe’s lateral side.

The Nike Zom KD 1 ‘Aunt Pearl’ drops this Friday, February 15, at Titan (Fort and titan22.com) for Php 7,645.
