It’s been a while since I’ve dropped by Nike BHS and I must say it’s good to see Nike PH bringing in a couple of anticipated pairs. Yesterday we featured the Wardour Max 1, here we have a show that initially came out in May, the Nike Free Powerlines+. The Swoosh has done so many interesting things with the Free sole, combining them with various breathable mesh uppers, integrating other techs such as Flywire, Hyperfuse and the rest of Nike’s latest innovations. The Powerlines features a more traditional mesh upper, while utilizing the same principles of Flywire, but only using nylon ribbons instead of the ‘wires’ to work with its lacing system. The shoe definitely grows on you, making you want to try them out for a quick trail/off-road run. Oh, and it’s Nike+ ready, if you really want to get serious with your workout.
The Nike Free Powerlines+ is now available at select Nike stores around the metro and retail for 3,995 php.
