Nike brings out a crowd favorite for the next Protro

Laker fans can breathe easy now. With a certain king now patrolling the lanes for La la land, the Ws are sure to follow and hopefully lead to a postseason trip next summer. As we enjoy this new Laker era, Nike Basketball pays homage to one of their all-time greats with this retro release. Kobe Bryant’s Zoom Kobe 1 Protro drops this weekend in the classic black and purple colorway.

Kobe rocked these 1s back in his heyday with the Lakers and we’re now getting the OG colorway back this 2018. Made to the specifications of Mr. Bryant, this retro can withstand the rigors of today’s game. The Nike Zoom Kobe 1 Protro ‘Black Out’ drops tomorrow, October 27, at Nike Park (Fort) for Php 8,995. The shoe will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
