Nike brings back another favorite from the Kobe line today
Let’s put things into perspective.
Kobe’s been out of the L since 2016. His Nike contract started in 2003. His first signature shoe with the Swoosh was in 2005. One of the most popular sigs in his series, the Zoom Kobe IV, celebrates 10 years this 2019.
Kobe seized the moment when he finally led his team to a Larry O’Brien trophy in 2009. He channeled his inner mamba mentality rocking the Zoom Kobe IV, his first signature ‘low-cut’ sneaker that performed so well on the hardwood. While we all had our favorite colorway of the IV, one of the most popular colorways, if not the most popular – the Carpe Diem – is back this weekend.
Now back as a performance retro aka Protro, the Zoom Kobe IV returns to the court with some enhancements to fit today’s game and athlete. The Nike Zoom Kobe IV Protro ‘Carpe Diem’ drops today at Titan (Fort and Titan22.com) and will retail for Php 8,995. Make sure to secure your pair before they’re all gone.
