NIKE BASKETBALL ‘CITY EDITION’ IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

As we have been treated to several holiday-inspired kicks during Christmas Day, Nike Basketball decided to go with something that’ll have staying power both with fans and sneakerheads alike. Nike Basketball recently introduced the City Series – signature pairs with close ties to the city each player from the Nike Basketball roster. Today, we have access to two of the 3 pairs from the City Series. First up we have the KD 10 for Kevin Durant. Paying homage to the Bay Area’s Chinatown District, the all-new KD 10 comes in a blue Flyknit upper with a special Chinatown-inspired KD logo found on the tongue and lace tips. An orange stripe is found on the shoe’s outsole.  The Nike KD 10 ‘City’ Edition retails for Php 7,645, and is now available at the Titan x Nike Pop-Up Space, Conrad, Vertis and Titan22.com

Although Kobe Bryant has been two seasons away from the game, his Mamba Mentality still resonates with basketball fans everywhere. The Kobe AD Mid works perfectly with the recently-retired jerseys of Bryant in LA, with colors we’re quite familiar with over the last two decades. “Black Mamba” is embroidered on the tongue to go with the Swoosh also done in Laker gold. The shoe’s upper features a snake scale-like texture to complete the mamba look.
