Nike adds REACT to the AF1

Posted on Jan 11, 2020 in Nike

“Let’s add REACT.”

During the latter part of 2019, Nike introduced three new lines within their Sportswear category – N.354, D/MS/X and THE10TH. Each line brought something new to the table, whether it was a brand new silhouette or a reimagining of the classics. Nike continues the story this 2020 with the release of the Air Force 1 React D/MS/X.

Part of the D/MS/X program, the AF1 reboot keeps the iconic shape but you’ll see changes with the shoe’s updated upper and cored-out sections. An oversized Swoosh is present alongside the mesh tongue and middle panels. To add to these updates, Nike swaps out the traditional midsole for a full-length drop-in React midsole with a heel Ramp Air unit. You’ll also notice that Nike replaced the star pattern on the toe and heel with the React’s wavy pattern.

The AF1 React D/MS/X features a full-length drop-in React midsole with a heel ramp Ar unit.

The Nike Air Force 1 React D/MS/X is set to drop on January 17 and is set to retail for Php 6,295. For its initial release, we’re getting three (3) colorways (see below). The shoe is expected to release at Titan, Nike Forum, Capital, Nike Park, Sole Academy.
