In time for Air Max month, Nike Sportswear looked to its archives and re-tooled a classic for the women – the Air Max Verona. To get a better understanding of the shoe, let’s go back to 1992, when the first women’s exclusive Air Max shoe dropped – the Air Verona.

What makes the Air Max Verona critical is that the shoe borrows elements from the Air Max 90’s tooling, with its lifted, exaggerated heel. The shoe features the brand’s Air Max 200 unit, which is 200% larger than any visible Air unit ever made by Nike. From the plush collar, slick colors, and unique stitching patterns, the Air Max Verona scores big for every woman.

The Nike Air Max Verona ‘Plum’ is now available at Nike.com/ph, with the shoe retailing for Php 6,295. The Air Max Verona ‘Guava Ice’ is also available at Commonwealth locations for Php 6,745.
