These came out right around All-Star Weekend but never went out of my way to check them out. The KD2 ASG colorway and the Nike Hyperize-East. Between the two conferences, all the shoes done for the West are much better. This weird shade of blue is not working for me. Durantula’s 2nd signature comes in a close 2nd to Kobe’s joints (though they look a lot like the Creamsicles). Like the other West colorways, the KD2 has the icy sole and adds extra flare to the shoe.

The Hyperize however, has too much of that faux wood finish on the upper. Seriously, when have you ever seen blue wood? Not cool. But if you’re a fan of the East, then so be it. It’s tagged as Chlorine Blue and the West’s was Daring Red. So who was wearing what during All-Star Weekend? Let’s break it down:

  • Eastern Conference:
    • Dwyane Wade- Air Jordan 2010 (silver/white)
    • Gerald Wallace- Air Jordan 2010 (navy/navy)
    • Joe Johnson- Air Jordan 2010 (navy/white?)
    • Dwight Howard- TS Supernatural Commander
    • Kevin Garnett- TS Supernatural Commander
    • Derrick Rose- TS Supernatural Creator
    • LeBron James- Nike  LBJ VII
    • Paul Pierce- Nike Air Legacy
    • Chris Bosh- Nike Hyperize
    • Al Horford- Nike Hyperize
    • Rajon Rondo- Nike Hypermax
    • David Lee- Nike Air Max Rise
  • Western Conference:
    • Kevin Durant- Nike KD2
    • Carmelo Anthony- Melo M6
    • Pau Gasol- Nike Hyperize
    • Amar’e Stoudemire- Nike Hyperize
    • Jason Kidd- Peak Signature shoe
    • Dirk Nowitzki- Nike Hyperize
    • Steve Nash- Nike Hyperdunk Low
    • Chris Kaman- Nike Hyperize
    • Chauncey Billups- TS Supernatural Creator
    • Tim Duncan- TS Supernatural Commander
    • Deron Williams- Nike Hyperdunk Low
    • Zach Randolph- Nike Hyperize (I’d like to think he wore that)

i agree with you man.. the blue is a little off with its color… when i saw the kd2 all stars, i thought it was the same as the Creamsicles.. anyway, anyword if other nike stores will carry the all stars? all kobe5s are gone in BHS. dammit, i’ll have to buy me a pair online

  • admin February 22nd

haha. I’m sorry about the Kobe 5s. There were only 20 pairs available and they didn’t even bother displaying it because all the pairs were accounted for. But why get a shoe that wasn’t even worn to the game?

  • frankie February 22nd

Its on my hit list hahaha.. Along with the Dark Knight and the Chaos. I got the other two already, just freakin missed the all stars. I don’t like the others anymore… That’s what i hate about Nike here in the Philippines. BHS gets the good stuff and the others don’t get much. BTW, for others to read, Nike will not carry the Chaos. Other sporting goods will like planet sports and the like. At least that’s what the Rockwell branch told me

  • martin February 22nd

chaos was made available at nike park but was quickly sold out. any contact numbers for nike bhs? no one is picking up their listed numbers

  • supaugly February 23rd

kobe was also wearing his all star kicks.

  • admin February 23rd

during the All-Star Practice and All-Star Saturday Night? that don’t count, if you ask me.

  • admin February 23rd

well, I believe you were misinformed. Almost everyone (if not everyone) got the Chaos. Nike Parks and Stadiums included.

Hi there, I’m from Singapore and would like to know where is this BHS located? Thanks in advance folks!

  • admin February 26th

BHS stands for Bonifacio High Street. It’s actually a strip mall here in Manila, Philippines. Nike’s store here is the biggest in the Philippines.

  • jerome February 26th

Thanks for the info Admin! Is it located at The Fort? Cause I’ve been to this Nike Park at The Fort which seems very similar to the one in the pictures. Haha!

  • admin February 26th

Yes, Nike Park at the Fort is the same as BHS. It’s just easier to say Nike BHS than Nike Park at the Fort or Nike Park at Bonifacio High Street but yeah, they’re one and the same.

  • Jerome February 26th

Hahahaha! Sweet! I’ve been to the place but I didn’t even know! Thanks for the info! =)
