New Balance Tokyo Design Studio x Snow Peak R_C4

TOKYO DESIGN STUDIO’s at it once again as they collaborate with Japanese outdoor lifestyle brand Snow Peak. Following up their recent R_C4 release last October, New Balance’s TDS brings a variation of the R_C4 with Snow Peak.

This project represents a true partnership of two company’s core competencies– Snow Peak’s meticulously design standards, anchored by highest standards of extreme environmental performance, and Tokyo Design Studio’s purpose of creating high-minded design rooted in functionality, quality and cultivated through New Balance’s 112-year heritage.

The Tokyo Design Studio x Snow Peak R_C4 features a magnetic FIDLOCK buckle closure, a CORDURA rip-stop upper, a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane, ENCAP REVEAL midsole with cushioning and compression foam ABZORB, and lugged VIBRAM outsole and finished with a webbing N logo, reflective rope laces, a neoprene tongue and collar, and a co-branded insert and pull tab. Through Ms. Keiko Hitotsuyama’s visual direction, the two brands offer a view of the world as a modern urban outdoor space, filled with modern and artistic images.

The TDS x Snow Peak R_C4 will be exclusively available at Commonwealth PH this Friday, November 29th via CopDate. The shoe retails for Php 14,995.
