Life in the Balance: Aime Leon Dore x New Balance 990v5

If you were on the ‘gram last night, you would’ve seen the announcement from Commonwealth (@commonwealth_ph) that they were releasing the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 990v5 through CopDate today.

This weekend’s release isn’t the first time the two brands worked together. We saw them work on the 997 earlier this year, but this season’s ‘Life in the Balance’ was much more vast, extending to apparel and accessories to go with the colorful renditions of the 990v2 and 990v5. The ALD x NB 990v5 features a blue mesh upper coupled with premium green suede on the shoe’s overlays. The Aimé Leon Dore tag can be seeon on the collar and ‘ALD’ branding emblazoned on the heel.
