TODAY: Air Jordan 4 Winterized
Over the course of the holiday seasons, Jordan Brand has taken the liberty of creating winterized versions of their retro line (remember the Air Jordan 9 Boot?). Adding more heavy duty-friendly elements, these winterized iterations were definitely ready for the elements. But last year, Jordan Brand took a turn and didn’t do the obvious thing but focused on what was important – winter weather lining. That way, markets such as ours would still be able to use the sneaker, especially when they look real good.
This season, Jordan Brand releases the Air Jordan 4 Winterized. While it may not have winter treads and other bells and whistles, the shoe’s upper comes in a loyal blue suede with mesh underlays. A rubberized tongue adds more texture while the presence of fleece lining provides warmth for the user. the habanero red hits definitely provide the contrast. But what pulls Jordan heads close to this IV is its shocking resemblance to the Eminem 4s.
The Air Jordan IV Winterized drops today (December 21) at Titan, Nike.com/ph and Nike Park. The shoe retails for Php 9,895.
