The ‘Tinker Series’ adds another one with this ‘Air Trainer’ Jordan 3

After releasing the ‘SC Trainer 2’ and ‘Air Huarache Light’ from the Tinker line, Jordan Brand drops the third installment of the series today. Made in the same year (1988), Tinker created two of his greatest hits in the Air Jordan III and the Air Trainer 1. Back when shoes were strictly meant for their sport, Nike and Tinker introduced the concept of having a ‘training’ shoe. Enter the Air Trainer 1. Built to withstand your off-court workouts, the sneaker created an entirely new genre that brands have embraced since. MJ was seen rocking the pair back in the day and it made perfect sense applying the classic Trainer colors to one of his favorite Js. One of Tinker’s best was the Air Jordan III. The sneaker kept MJ with Nike and the rest is history.
